How do I create a text document online?
Log in to your corporate account and open Yandex Documents or Yandex Disk. Click the Create button or + icon and select Document. Then specify the file name and click Create again.
Can I open a DOCX document online?
Yes. To do this, upload your DOCX file to Yandex Documents or Yandex Disk by clicking Upload. If you have permission to edit the document, it will open in the online editor.
Is it safe to upload documents to cloud storage?
It's safer to store files on Yandex Disk than on a computer or smartphone. Because you can't break or lose Yandex Disk, all the files you upload are automatically checked for viruses, and all Yandex Disk apps and the service's web version always use encryption when transferring data.
Is it possible to restore previous versions of a document?
Yes. All Yandex Documents files are instantly saved on Yandex Disk where you can review file changes over the last 90 days. For example, if you accidentally delete important information from a document, you can restore its previous version and reinstate everything you need. Learn how to do that in Help.
Can I use Yandex Documents on a mobile device?
You can use Yandex Documents in any browser on your computer or smartphone. It's also convenient to create, view, and edit documents in the Yandex Disk mobile app. Learn more in Help.
How do I manage access to documents?
Share a link to a specific document on Yandex Disk and manage access rights to it. You can also configure access rights using shared folders. To learn more, see Help.
How do I pay for Yandex 360 for Business?
Yandex 360 for Business operates on a prepayment basis. You can top up your balance manually or link a bank card for automatic payments. Your account will be charged every day based on your per-second billing plan. You can also download invoices and pay for the services at a bank or online using the bank details we provide.
