What is an email address on a custom domain?
A domain email address is a mailbox linked to your company's website that can be used only by company employees for business correspondence. A corporate email address usually looks like "name@domain", where "name" is the name of an employee or department and "domain" is the company's domain name.
How do I create a corporate mailbox with my company's domain?
To create a mailbox with your company domain, confirm your rights to the domain in Yandex and set up a mailbox for each employee. See Help for more information about setting up a corporate mailbox.
Do I need hosting to use a Yandex 360 mailbox on my own domain?
After you buy a Yandex 360 for Business plan, you immediately get everything you need to use email addresses on your own domain and access them on the web, in the iOS and Android apps, and via third-party email clients.
How do I register a domain for the Yandex 360 corporate email service?
If your company doesn't have its own domain yet, you have to register one before signing up for Yandex 360. To do this, choose any registrar and follow their instructions. See Help for some examples.
How do I migrate to Yandex 360 corporate mailbox from a different platform?
You can migrate all your correspondence from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, and other platforms or any IMAP servers to Yandex Mail without losing anything. Migration is carried out automatically. You don't need your employees' passwords for that. See Help for more detailed information.
How many mailboxes can I create within my company?
With any Yandex 360 for Business plan, you can set up as many email accounts for your employees as you need. You can increase or decrease the number of email accounts and mail-out groups as your company scales its operations up or down. See Help for more information about creating accounts.
Can a single user have multiple email addresses?
Each user in your company can have multiple addresses: the primary one and up to 10 additional addresses known as aliases. They can be used within one or more domains of the company. If you want each employee to use only one email address for work, prohibit switching between aliases. See Help for more information about setup.
How do I log in to my Yandex mailbox?
You can access your mailbox via the web version or Yandex Mail app. To log in to your mailbox, go to mail.yandex.com or the app. Enter your full email address in the login field and the password issued by the administrator, then click or tap "Log in". See Help for more information on how to log in.
Is there a limit on how many email messages a single user can send?
No. Users can send and store an unlimited number of email messages.
Is Yandex 360 corporate mailbox secure?
The built-in antivirus and spam defense system protect Yandex Mail against all types of attacks, including phishing, spam, and viruses. The Yandex 360 team is constantly working to improve data protection in all our products.
How do I pay for Yandex 360 for Business?
Yandex 360 for Business operates on a prepayment basis. You can top up your balance manually or link a bank card for automatic payments. Funds are debited from your balance every day based on your per-second billing plan. For more information about payments, see Help.
