How do I install Yandex Messenger on my computer?
Is Yandex Messenger free to download?
Yes, the app is available for free on all supported platforms.
Is Yandex Messenger available in the App Store and Google Play?
How do I update the Yandex Messenger app to the latest version?
If automatic app updates are enabled on your device, you don't need to do anything else. If they're disabled, go to the Yandex Messenger page in the App Store or Google Play and tap "Update". The desktop application is updated automatically.
How do I connect my Yandex 360 corporate account?
Your employees don't need to do this on their own — the service is connected by the administrator who manages Yandex 360 for Business in the organization.
Can I use Yandex Messenger with multiple accounts?
Yes, you can log in to the app with multiple accounts and switch between them. To add a new profile, log out of your account and select "Add account". When you log in next time, you'll just need to log out of one account and select another one.
How do I set up synchronization between the desktop application and the mobile app?
Synchronization is automatic: your chats are displayed on all devices.
How is the Yandex Messenger app different from the web version?
In general, the app has the same features as the web version. The main advantages of the app are quick access from your home screen and system notifications.
Does the Yandex Messenger app work offline?
When you're offline, you only have access to the previously downloaded chats. New messages will be sent and changes synced when you're back online.
Can I enable desktop and mobile notifications?
