How do I get started with Yandex 360 for Business?
Choose one of three available plans for organisations. Each plan includes our corporate email, messenger, calendar, video conferencing, cloud-based file storage, document editor, and newsletter tool.
How do I pay for Yandex 360 for Business?
Yandex 360 for Business is a prepaid service. You can top up your balance manually or link a bank card for automatic top-ups. Your account will be charged daily based on your per-second billing plan. You can also download your invoice and pay at a bank or online using the bank details we provide. At the end of each month, Yandex automatically generates your closing documents: a certificate of services rendered and an invoice. See Help to learn more about billing.
What is Yandex Tracker?
Yandex Tracker is a service for organizing company processes, managing projects, and collaborating on issues.
How much does Yandex 360 for Business with Tracker cost?

Does Yandex Tracker have export support, an API, and other integrations?
You can use our migration tool to move your company processes to Yandex Tracker. There is also an API for integrating Yandex Tracker with other systems. It can be used to automate issue management, set rules for processing specific actions, or create browser extensions for working with the tracker.
Is there a Yandex Tracker app I can use?
Yes, there is a Yandex Tracker app available for Android, iOS, and HarmonyOS devices. You can use it to create issues, edit their parameters, and add comments when you're away from your desktop. Note that some features are only available in the web version. This includes creating projects, working with issue boards, and managing queues.
What is Yandex Wiki?
Yandex Wiki is a service for creating a corporate knowledge base and training materials. Create wiki pages and populate them with content together with your colleagues.
What is Yandex Forms?
Yandex Forms is a survey and request form builder. It helps quickly gather feedback, collect requests from your customers and employees, and register event attendees.
How do I get access to Yandex Wiki and Yandex Forms?
Simply log in to your Yandex 360 account and use the top menu to go to Yandex Wiki or Yandex Forms. Access to these services is included in the plan at no extra charge.
Are there templates in Yandex Forms?
Yes, and you can use them to create forms in just a couple of clicks. We have templates for registering event attendees, gathering feedback, getting answers to job applicant questionnaires, and collecting contacts.
Can I integrate Wiki and Forms with Yandex Tracker?
Yes. On wiki pages, you can add links to Yandex Tracker issues and see their names. You can also open issue cards from the Yandex Wiki interface. Yandex Forms can be used to open new tickets — for example, you can make it so that submitted form requests are re-created as issues in a dedicated Yandex Tracker queue.
