How many people can I add to Yandex 360 Family?
You can add up to 8 people, including the family account admin.
How do I add new people to Yandex 360 Family?
Go to the Family page in Yandex ID. Share the invitation with your family members by email, phone, or link.
Who can activate the Yandex 360 Family plan?
Any user can activate the Family plan, except if they already are a member of a family created in Yandex ID.
What features will be available to Yandex 360 Family members?
All members will get the full benefits of Yandex 360 plans: an exclusive email address, unlimited storage for photos and videos from their phones, and more. Each member will also get 1 TB on Yandex Disk to use for any files.
What happens to my Yandex 360 Personal plan after I buy the Family plan?
Your current plan will remain active. If you're the administrator of your family account, you'll pay for the Personal and Family plans and enjoy the benefits of both. If you're a family member, you'll keep paying for your Personal plan, while the administrator will pay for the Family plan.
How do I pay for a Yandex 360 plan?
You can pay for a plan in the service's web version from your computer or phone.
How do I cancel a Yandex 360 plan?
Go to the Yandex 360 pricing page, click "Deactivate plan", and confirm the action. Your plan will remain active until the end of the paid period. If you bought the plan in the Yandex Mail or Yandex Disk app, you'll need to cancel it in the same app.
How do I gift a Yandex 360 plan?
You can gift 3, 6, or 12 months of Yandex 360 Personal or Family with 200 GB or 1 TB of storage. Select a certificate, enter the recipient's email address, write a message to go along with your gift, and complete the purchase. The certificate will be sent to the specified address.
How do I transfer my files to Yandex Disk?
To save all photos and videos from your phone to Yandex Disk, enable autouploads and turn on the "Upload to unlimited storage" option. Learn more in Help. If you want to import files from another cloud storage to Yandex Disk, download them to your computer and upload to the cloud using the Yandex Disk computer application.
How can I move my mailbox and messages to Yandex Mail?
Set up a mail importer from your previous mailbox to Yandex Mail. This way, you can move all your previous messages and forward the new ones. If you have a mailbox at your own domain, you can activate Yandex 360 for Business and delegate the domain to Yandex servers.
How can I manage my files on Yandex Disk?
You can access your files on any platform. You can access Yandex Disk in the browser from your computer or mobile phone. You can also manage files via the mobile app or the computer application.
Can I store music and movies on Yandex Disk?
Yandex isn't responsible for the files you upload to Yandex Disk, but it may block files if they violate the Yandex Disk Terms of Use or have been reported by another user.
What will happen if I stop paying for Yandex 360?
After the subscription expires, all its paid features will become unavailable. The paid storage space will also become unavailable. Because of this, you may run out of space on Yandex Disk. When there's no more free space on Yandex Disk, the access to it is limited. If you don't fix the situation, your Yandex Disk will be completely blocked after 44 days.
How does the "exclusive email address" option work in Yandex Mail?
An exclusive email address lets you use any address available in the .ru domain zone, such as alex@design-kitchen.ru. You can use this email address in addition to your @yandex.ru address to log in to Yandex Mail and send or receive emails. This option is only available for personal mailboxes. If you have a business and want custom email addresses on your own domain, get Yandex 360 for Business.
How do I renew a Yandex 360 plan?
Your plan is renewed automatically. At the end of each period, you'll be charged for the next one. Make sure you have enough money on your card.
What happens if there's not enough money on my card at the time of payment?
After an unsuccessful debit attempt, your Yandex 360 plan will remain active for some time, and attempts will repeat. If no successful payment is made, the Yandex 360 plan will be frozen and its benefits will become temporarily unavailable. This may cause you to go over your Yandex Disk storage limit. If your plan gets frozen, you'll still have some time to top up your balance and unfreeze the plan to keep its benefits. The service fee will be debited automatically, and you'll be able to continue using Yandex 360 services without restrictions again. If no successful payment is made, the plan will be deactivated completely.
What happens to my Personal or Family plan if I activate a plan with wfolio integration?
If you already have a Personal or Family plan, it will stay active. You'll be charged for both plans, and the Yandex Disk space will be combined.
What should I do if payment for the next period hasn't gone through?
Make sure your card is valid, there's enough money on it, and the bank doesn't block automatic payments. Learn more about why a payment may not go through in Help. You can also pay for the plan manually. In your account, click "Pay now", select a card, and confirm the payment.
What is the "Yandex Disk file upload limit"?
The file upload limit is the monthly volume of files and documents that you can upload to your Yandex Disk. For the Personal and Family plans, the limit is the volume of your Disk multiplied by 2. For the Pro plan, the limit is increased — 3 volumes of your Disk.
